Frequently asked questions.
How do beeswax candles compare to paraffin?
Paraffin is a wax derived from petroleum oil. This is the same oil that is refined into gasoline and jet fuel. Petroleum oil is not sustainable to harvest, and is prone to pollute when burned. Paraffin purchases often funnel proceeds to large oil companies rather than local businesses.
How do we make eco-friendly candles?
Our sustainably sourced materials can be reused and/or recycled.
Do we plan on selling locally?
Our goal is to offer pop ups at markets here in Southwest Washington and expand from there. We hope to see you soon!
Vegan options?
We are developing vegan options as an alternative to beeswax. There are several possible waxes to use and we are experimenting with what will perform the best.
